Learning Provider Requirements

Any learner wishing to apply for a Professional and Career Development Loan must ensure their chosen learning provider is on the Professional and Career Development Loan Register of Learning Providers.

To register as a Professional and Career Development Loan learning provider for the first time, the learning provider will need to read the requirements for registration set out in the guidance below and complete the appropriate form to apply.

If your organisation is already on the Register you will not need to re-register and your Registration Number will remain the same.
